Changing

                                                                                                                                         2016.01.30(Sat)
Hello, everyone.
It's been a long time after I finished last post.
In order to prepare for the university entrance exam, I stopped writing the blog for a few months.
The exam was held on January 22nd and 23rd, and it was ended now.
Therefore, I decided to continue my blog writing.

During the period I stopped the project, I decided to change the direction of Corner.
The past five posts introduced some special things in Taiwan; however, I thought it was too widely and not specialization.
You can also search it on the Internet, and the information may be more precision than my blog shows.
As a consequence, I considered that maybe I can show some other things which people can hard search it on the Internet.

First of all, I want to tell you something about the village I lived.
Because most of the things will happen in this place.

======================================================

I lived in a small village called Shen-gou ( 深溝 ) , it located in Yilan county.
Shen-gou is not a prosperous village, and there isn't too many people noticed this place until about 12 years before.
A young man came to this village in order to started his new career, farming.
Farming is not looking upon as an ideal job in Taiwan; most of the parents here are not inspiring their children to work as a farmer.
However, this man came to Shen-gou after finished his master's degree in Japan.
He is my dad.
Everyone thought he was crazy; in their opinion, no one would work as a farmer when he/she just got the  master's degree.
Nevertheless, he just followed what he want, and came to Shen-gou, the hometown of his wife.
Sticking to his insistence, he grow rice without pesticide.
With few people believe in him, he still stuck to it.
(Maybe I can share our story to you in the future.)

Many years later, more and more young people came to Shen-gou, Yilan in order to farming and something else.
They are not mainstream; however, they believe in what they want, and carry out it.
Consequently, Shen-gou turned into a uncommon place.
There are many different things happening, and my purpose is delivering the news in Shen-gou to all of you throughout the world.

Hope you will enjoy the changing I made!
Greetings from Shen-gou.

  1. Hello =)
It's good to know that you finish the university entrance exam. Has it OK?
In the past my country had a agricultural and fishing culture, sadly this kind of thinking was abandoned by people and politicians and know, with the crises, people are returning to the villages and to agriculture and i think it's a really positive thing.
My parents always produce the vegetables and some fruits at home even thou we live in the boundaries of the city... And i can say that 1st the taste of the food is so different and 2nd we save so much money (in food and in Gym because our exercise is made by hand work).
I think that your father is a man with vision and i wish you all the happiness ^^ .

    1. Hello,
      Thanks for your concerning!
I think the exam was not too bad.
More and more people go to countryside for farming I think.
Compared with urban district, rural area is more relaxing.
Therefore, some people went to village in order to give their children a remarkable childhood.
      Your parents grow many plants!
I think it may be the tendency in the future!!

      Greetings from Taiwan ^ ^
